Existing kinds of keyboards

Please provide brief descriptions and screenshots of these keyboards.

  • Text input with leading capitalisation
  • Numeric input (big 0-9 keys, *, #, +, -)
  • URL input (keys for /, "www.", ".com")
  • Email input (keys for @, '-', ".com")
  • Username / password input? (no capitalisation)

Native apps that use such features
